Bellissima European Dance Academy follows the philosophy that “dance is the hidden language of the soul.”
At our school we teach according to the Vaganova Method, as well as according to the French School of Classical Ballet. These internationally proven methods have produced the finest dancers of all times, such as Rudolf Nureyev, Mikhail Barishnikov, Ekaterina Maximova, Natalia Makarova, Sylvie Guillem, Elizabeth Platel, Manuel Legris, just to name a few.
Bellissima European Dance Academy is extremely proud of its students and programs. We fully understand that not all of the students will pursue a career at dance and performing arts. However, our legacy of hard work, structure , discipline, and our philosophy of "why do it if it is not your best” will always stay with the students for a life time. Dance education teaches them poise, discipline, integrity and responsibility. It also inspires them to develop a lasting love and appreciation for dance in a creative, artistic, fun environment , where dancers become artists.
At Bellissima European Dance Academy, our faculty and staff works together with parents in order to achieve the goals of the students. Every parent and family member is welcome to volunteer , share their individual expertise in all areas and aspects of productions, such as fund raising, making stage sets, designing, repairing, sewing costumes, marketing efforts etc. We are strong when working together as a community sharing the commitment and dedication in the pursuit of achieving student's goals and dreams.
